yes you need to be a member and your membership needs to be renewed every year.

for those who are NOT pcci members and want to transfer ownership, heres what you do:

step 1: get membership form from justice hugo (or ask pcci to send one to you)
step 2: fill up the membership form (you'll need to include 2 copies of 1x1 photo)
step 3: fill up the back of the pcci papers of those you want transferred to your name
step 4: find out the fees and write a check for the total amount to philippine canine club inc. (you may want to include 100 pesos so they can send it back to you through lbc)
step 5: send it to pcci office in manila

Since magpa-member pa ka mam, mao ra ni nga forms imong i-fill up:
1. Membership Form (must be original) @ Php540.00
2. Transfer of Ownership (you must fill up Sec. B of the peds of your pups. See to it that Sec. A bears the signature of the original owner/breeder) @Php260.00 per puppy
3. Kennel Name/Affix (optional/if you like to breed your females) @Php312.50

200.00 ang renewal sa membership (asso. member)
naa unta form para renewal, ipadala sa pcci every end of the year
but ako, pirmi nako mawagtang ang form, ako na lang iprint out ako
complete name, pcci membership #, then enclose nako ako payment, presto renew na... hehe
