im a graduate of electronics engineering sa usjr . . .as long as work na imung sudlon and naa kay income way angay i kauwaw. . pero nindot man jd ang field nmu imu work but as long as wala pa call center will be great. .^_^

Hahahaha... Mana ko anang call center jobs... dili lang nako e-mention ang name sa call center... Ako lang gipadayon akong pag ka engineer kay dili ko gusto mo stay for the rest of my life sa call center... Though im one of the performer and best agent sa among team nga naa jud koy performance bonus... Pero unsaon taman dili man ko type ang in-ana nga work though dako ug sweldo...

your right bro, and to think it is much costly if they always hire people that still needs to study the account techie side for deployment, it would take up three weeks, rather than those average speakers with techie side that they would just train for a week crash course.

anyway bottom line would be:
if you choose the field of your work, low salary, tigum, den get out of the country. work there for 5-6 years. balik sa Phil, then find a partner in life.

Engineer ko working in a CC for 2 years now. kanus.a ba na na shameful?pagkatoytoy!

EXP, relevance and interview sa HR? dle na problema FYI ang mga callcenter agents kabaw magpalusot or kabaw mangita ug paagi para marelate lang ang EXP sa giapplyan nga work. Basin ang HR maoy magnosebleed inig tubag namo sa ilang mga questions. Pila ray pagbali2 sa istorya. SAUCE!

Oh oiz... I know nga kamao gyud nah mo tubag ang mga agents sa interview and you are correct pud nga mag nosebleed gyud ang HR if kamo nah ang mo istorya... Diha baya mo maayo... Diha baya mo na beterano... Sa cgeg tubag anang mga amerikano sa work ninyo pero ang pangutana ana kay unsay ika contribute nimo sa engineering firm if engineer kah and if mo apply kah sa engineering firm?... Shameful siya in my part kay nag engineering ko kay ganahan ko makat-on a lot of things and nag engineering ko kay dili lang sa sweldo... Nag engineering ko kay ganahan ko makawork sa RnD Department...

Wala ko ni contradict anang mga engineers nga ni work ug call center... Its your life... Its your choice... Ni comment lang ko sa thread whats in my mind, what i have realized, and what i have experienced...
