You've got to have friends inside. They will send it to you but you have to refund Php100.00 for the LBC. hehe.

@Justice Hugo- sir thanks kaayo sa info. Actually sir naa ko Akita, shih tzu and chow chow. until now wala pa nko na transfer ang ownership sa ako name. bought my tzu in January, akita in April and Chow in May.

Just obtain the necessary forms. If you are not a member yet, Secure a Membership Form. You can get it from me. I am willing to share my forms here for free. Lisod kaayo hatag instructions diri. If you have time, tagaan lng tikaw sa process if kuhaon na nimo mga forms.

@ mrs Rodriguez- thanks^_^ naka read nko but ako concern is kailangan pa ba ko magpa member? wa man gud na mention sa first page. naa man suwat sa info ni Justice Hugo na membership fee. Ask lng unta ko kay lain lain man daw ang form na dapat fill.up. . . Wa jud ko idea about ani.. hehehe
