Highly techie but low ug communication skills pero dili dawaton cause they are looking for to those who have excellent communication skills... Pero ang communication skills dali rana makat-onan... Pwede raka mo enroll ug crash course ana sa daplin2x nga mga training center pero ang technical skills kay takes time para makat-on kah... And takes time to mature... You will have to read and study a lot of things and keep on doing the updates kay ang technology kay keep on rising... Pero ang Communication skills kay after doing the crash course kay basa lang kah ug mga books, any english books will do and watch english movies... After that< pwede naka maka work sa call center... Kay nana kay EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS...

your right bro, and to think it is much costly if they always hire people that still needs to study the account techie side for deployment, it would take up three weeks, rather than those average speakers with techie side that they would just train for a week crash course.

anyway bottom line would be:
if you choose the field of your work, low salary, tigum, den get out of the country. work there for 5-6 years. balik sa Phil, then find a partner in life.

Second, lets say ni resign kah then ang imong EXP sa CC kay 3 years. Nya ang pangutana ana sa HR sa engineering firm kay unsa may relevance or gamit sa imong EXP sa engineering industry/firm sa imong EXP sa CC?... Resolving customers concern?... Mao rah gihapun...hahahaha...

Correct me if im wrong pero mao nah akong pag tan-aw ana... Unless youre gonna be staying for the rest of your life working in a CC til mo huwat nalang kah sa imong retirement...

1st yr - 12,500 / mo
2nd yr - 16,500 / mo
2nd yr 9 mos - 22,440 / mo
3rd yr - 26,000 / mo
3rd yr 3 mos - 30,000 / mo
3rd yr 6 mos - 35,000 / mo
4th yr - nilarga og laing nasud. sweldo around x3 sa last salary recieved. IT ang trabaho. after 4 yrs ko pa na practice ang pagka engineer ko pero daku tabang ang 4 yrs ko sa CC. ma practice jud everyday ang communication skills mo, how you communicate and explain, technical terms to people who are non technical and how you are able to relay properly the message.

EXP, relevance and interview sa HR? dle na problema FYI ang mga callcenter agents kabaw magpalusot or kabaw mangita ug paagi para marelate lang ang EXP sa giapplyan nga work. Basin ang HR maoy magnosebleed inig tubag namo sa ilang mga questions. Pila ray pagbali2 sa istorya. SAUCE!
