I think there should be a school for basic engine management for your cars. Like a 2 month course only. Like you just tell the make of your car and they will get an expert to teach you how to do some basic troubleshooting.

go to TESDA near water front, when you reach there go to ASAI ( automotive service association incorporated) im a board of director there, look for HAZIL. tell her you are recommended by jason of textar. thanks. hope this helps.
