they should have bought a pre-casted plant post na lang. much cheaper, beautiful, straighter, the surface is ready to paint, they look alike, no guesswork. i bet sa labor sila ni-jack up ug maayo sa price ani.

The money would have been better spent in doing something about those sagging black spaghetti telephone / electric wires and cables along AS Fortuna.
