i think kelangan ang item para mascan usually ang set up dha is barcode scan man siguro.. mao guro na pansin sa CI.
For the TS - Complete ba ang details sa imo friend? Just asking lang mam- kay based sa statement .. ng bayad na xa sa cashier-- tapos nikuha xa balik ug item bottle water --- which might be the punch na ang 1st item..then dghan raba tao sa ayala sure taas ang pila ana dha..might be next daun na custumer..

"I went there yesterday and bought myself a feminine wash (Na-flora) feminine wash. While paying for the item, I went to get bottled water at their fridge, I even asked the cashier how much it was and she told me "9.50php..."... and I said in Bisaya "ah sige apili nalang" -- at that point I didn't know if she heard it or not... So I took the bottled water and took my change from the cashier. I was not able to check the receipt and change and already expected for the cashier to have included it. I took the change in good faith thinking the cashier already included it. I'm pretty sure she saw me with the bottled water when I took the change and should have told me right away while I was at the counter area that it was not included with the first item. She should have called my attention right away but instead allowed me to walk outside the door. I even stayed right outside the pharmacy's door while drinking the bottled water and once I emptied it, I threw it away in the trashcan.


1. Naa sayop ang CI being rude - (Usually ingana gud mga CI)
2. Naa sayop ang cashier kay wala na apil ang item pgscan which is gikaptan sa customer ang item.
3. Ang sayop sa customer wala pod gi count niya ang change.
(or Na count man ang change but wala ra gipansin or napansin if sobra ang change or kulang)
4. Kanang 10x payment mao guro na ang rules sa tanan establishment (If proven lang ha na ng shoplift)


Chilax lang ta mga bro... we realy dont know what happen.. pwede man na ereport sa ila main office pwede na daun e call ang attention sa CI ug sa cashier with the customer aron makahibaw sa sit.

for me lang ha, the first thing i would do is tell the CI that "mana man nig bayad sir" nya muingun ug "ay wala pa diay? wala ko kabaw wala pa kay akong giingnan ang cashier na gibayran nani" Kung muinsist sila or maminaldito muana ko. "Akoa diay ng sala ang wala ninyo pagpunch-in ani nga giingnan naman naku ang cashier na pabayran ni? Iyaha manang responsibilidad di mana ako!"
Nya kung muinsist ug pasuwat ug promisory note ako ingnun
"Nganu musuwat man ko ana nangawat diay ko??"

Bahalag madugay ko ngadto basta di jud ko mudawat na kawatan ko kay wala ko nangawat ug pinakahate na nakung pasanginlan kog kawatan na DI pajud akong sala. That's negligence on the cashier's part. She should pay instead. The worst scenario is I will sue the pharmacy and they will pay me for moral damages.

people were just voicing out their opinion if they were in the TS shoes.... no need to be like a "judge" in a court by weighing situations. we know there are two sides of the story. We are just discussing about this side.

SM have Rose Pharmacy..... It's Mercury Drug that's What Henry Hates because he was a shoe shiner beside a mercury drug store before. and he experienced derogatory treatment, so he swore to never have mercury drug in his business starting that day....
