At first, i was a bit worried, if its really better for the country.... i mean, China has cheaper labor.... My cousin's business is going to china, mahal na daw pinas.... but when i consulted my mom, okay ra man daw....mahal naman gyud mga butang2x.... 75pesos is enough from my standpoint, but our business is willing to comply with whatever the increase would be.... the consequence of this increase, should compel much of our competitors to abide minimum wage law...i think we have been following rules and played the game fairly whereas, our competitors have low prices at the expense of low waged employees...way low... i do hope the enforcement of the law will be observed.... Lisud na ma DOLE ang negosyo! heheheh... but the public must bear in mind, there will be retrenching of workers as one of its effects...

Ah, so true.. I believe most of the corporations and businesses share the same dilemma. So, what do you think should the government or the people be doing in order to be globally competitive?

1.) When and how was the last time you told someone HONESTLY how you felt? when was it? during the day. how was it?
2.) Which would you choose, true love with a guarantee of a heart break or have never loved before?
3.) If you could make anyone in the room your servant for the day, who would it be and what would you make them do?
4.) If you had to go back in time and change one thing, if you HAD to, even if you had “no regrets” what would it be?
5.) Imagine. It is a dark night, you are alone, it is raining outside, you hear someone walking around outside your window. Who do you call?

Ah, so true.. I believe most of the corporations and businesses share the same dilemma. So, what do you think should the government or the people be doing in order to be globally competitive?

I am not good with things like that but i'll try:
1. Media should stop feeding crap to people... there should be a limit to what kind of entertainment people get...

2. South Korea is a good example how the people and the government worked together for the common good... I feel this country just needs one cataclysmic event that would stir the patriotic hearts of the people...that would be a unifying event for a very divided nation...

3. I believe we have a great potential for progress, and its not hopeless... most of us are just complacent with the way things are.... unless the mindset of the majority is geared towards the country, i'm afraid there is no power that can drive us to economic success..
4. To be globally competitive, Filipinos must look beyond salaries and benefits.... thats a sacrifice needed to be weighed upon the realities of life... but no sacrifice, no progress...we are at that point...

5. Promote the country in the good light.... don't be a cheapskate, buy quality Filipino products!

1. ummm.... i'm not really that mischievous but there was this one time, trip2x lang sa barkada... i unscrewed the top of a soysauce container in a resto..... after we ate, we left and waited for awhile to check if someone's gonna be victimized.... and yes there was...lol its not that crazy, but a bit mischievous than what i really am...ahem...ahem...
2. Anti.... i know as a nurse, we already have given free information to the families we visited in the slums... I am pro population management, not only control... the sad part of the proposed bill is that it is very vague in what it wants accomplished.... if we're going to be serious about managing poverty by managing population, i believe it is wasteful to offer all possible choices... a proposal on an ideal family size per income should shed a light into the minds of many people... the government wants to curb poverty by lowering population increase through contraception!? please.... if indeed it is dead serious, there should be an imposition of several benefits for having 1 or 2 children only and a cut of benefits if a family wishes more kids... something like that... well, that's just some of my thoughts... im ok with the use of contraception...as long as its not abortifacient...

3. Biggest fear.... to become like my dad....worthless piece of crap...
4. i will have my license renewed!
5. the schlong makes a man! wahahhahaha.....bitaw2x, seriously, its the effect of your actions cguro, and its impact to other people...
