ako na remember ang form para magpa member ka kay dli man ordinary na form. mura man to baga2x ang paper niya. basin mao dli pwede ang sa website. den if inyong i photocopy same ra gihapon ang outcome.

@all, I am offering my forms for free.. The Membership Forms should be original coming from PCCI. It cannot be photocopied and sent or emailed back to PCCI kay naay specimen signatures at the back. Among all PCCI Forms, ang Membership Form lang ang dili pwede ipa-photocopy. Mao d manghatag ang Caminade.

Depende man tingali unsa na document imong ipa-process.

For example: This is the actual charges from the PCCI.

Membership Fee: Php540.00
Kennel Affix: Php312.50
Transfer of Ownership: Php260.00 per puppy
Litter Registration: Php175.00 per puppy
LBC: Php100.00

I am sure Caminade charges far more than the rates above. When you do it yourself, it only takes 2 weeks. In Caminade, it takes 2-3 months.

However, this is only applicable to those who are in a hurry to receive the PCCI papers for purposes of giving them out to the buyers of the breeders' puppies.

As regards your payments to PCCI, you can send it enclosed with the LBC if it is a check. But if you don't have a checking account, you may choose postal money order or send the money directly through LBC to the General Manager.
