Next is, If I would have access to it, would I use it. *** was already good without having to wear anything.
Now the government wants me to wear something, it would make me think they just want to ruin my fun.

What I'm really saying is, is this simply a bill to bail out our irresponsible neighbors?

If it is just that, we can bail them out with other more productive measures than just providing them rubber.

This (RH Bill) is a good idea, it has its advantages, but for us, there are bigger problems to solve, and I'd rather have the money spent on them instead.

The foundations needed for this bill to have a positive effect is not yet set.

That's a pretty ignorant argument. The command is for Adam and Eve when only the two of them are the humans in this planet. Pacquiao should read the passage in it's context first before quoting the bible. What do you expect? Even priests are ignorant of the bible as well.

i don't agree with the opinion of some people Pacquiao included that Overpopulation is not our Problem but Corruption. What are they thinking that the Phils have unlimited resources like food, water, etc?
let's just imagine a family, the father is earning 10K a month, and they have 5 children. let's just say that the budget for each member is P20/meal so it goes like this:

P20 x 7people x 3meals a day = P420 x 30 days = P12,600.

kulang na gani kaau sa food pa lang. wa pa gi count ang rent, utilites, etc.

provided that the Father of the family is honest. no vices like gambling, drinking or womanizing. in short he's not corrupt. Parehas ra pod na sa atong country in large perspective.
