i am a foodcart franchisee from this company. have a few concerns about the business:
-no opening assistance
-no marketing materials
-no advertising support
-no sales campaign
Note: These are all mentioned in their flyers/brochures to attract possible clients/franchisees.
-for direct concerns regarding the business, you can't get in contact directly with the franchisor. you just inform the secretary and "good luck" to your concern.
-no free delivery for bulk orders of supplies, you really have to go to their office and get the supplies yourself
-if your equipments become faulty and dies, they're not going to replace it. you have find a replacement. worst case, you have to buy it out from your own pocket.
i had regrets why i choose this company. their franchise fee may be cheaper than the rest but the way they handle the business is just terrible. once you pay the franchisee fee, then that's it. you're on your own.
hope this serves as a warning to those who will get a foodcart franchise from them.
and to those who also had the same 'not so good experience' with this company, share lang ninyo diri.
daghang salamat.
