    you have to love the food listed here kay kung naa kay negative thoughts sa imong mind about this and you dont get the satisfaction of taking them, there is a reaction in the brain that will hinder the body to absorb the nutrients from these foods. before u take them, u have to have a positive mind that this is good for your body to have the ultimate benefits. its nice to know that people are now getting conscious about healthy eating. green tea is proven to have a lot of health benefits. wonder why chinese people live so long even if they have a high fat foods in their diet? its because of the green tea. its proven to block fats from being absorbed in the body. nawa ng mga insik, before mokaon mag sigeg inum ug green tea

    lol. dili ko nutritionist oi. i just try to eat and live as healthy as possible, not only with the physical body that i have pero untal mental health and spiritual sad. kana bang health inside and out. single mom man gud ko and i have kids dependent to me mao na i have to be very careful of my well being kay mag unsa na lang intawn ni sila ug ma yatap dayun ko, ang amahan, never mind. haha. but feels good to be healthy inside and out. naay nag hatag nakog very nice audiobooks about nutrition, nice kaau. mao akong paminawon ug dili ko busy
