if stable imo gibutangan sa imo external hd TS then di ka dapat ma-problema if matagak ang hd (external hard drives like seagate goflex desk are not meant to be carried around like portable hard drives). if by external hd kay portable hard drives ang pasabot nimo sakto ang giingon ni gaspar_73. as per my experience, if ampingan lang nimo ang imo portable hd, molungtad man ni ug dugay nga panahon and naa times nga mas modugay pa siya kaysa internal hd (for example, naka-unplug imo external hd from its usb port then nikilat unya naapektuhan imo pc; aw mas dako posibilidad nga masunog sad apil imo external hd, hehehe.) external hard drives are primarily used for offsite backup and storage, unlike internal hard disks nga always online.
