Memory Cards PRices...

Sup guys...

Well, i've been planning to get an extra PC-333 512mb memory for my obsolete desktop since it's stock memory (256mb) isn't enough to keep up with the latest games and programs...

I have a copy of the price lists from different pc shops on their memories... the thing that bothers me is that the prices on Memory cards have had a tremendous Price uprise...

I had a copy of a summer price list...

PC-333/PC-400 512mb = Php ~1,850.00-2,000.00

NOw...these things have a +50% on their prices... now, they range from 2,900-3,300...

Any of ya guys know why this is so? Considering DDR2's are now very much available in the market...and DDR's are obsolete...

If I remember correctly, the same thing happened with memory prices last year and the year before. I believe prices will go down early 2007.

Oh...okies.. guess i'll just have to wait for next year then and maybe just go full blast for a 1gb memory..
