There is also a gene that determines a person's height.

See, this is what Gareb is pointing out--just because there is a lack of some gene that's supposed to do this or that, doesn't necessarily mean that it's automatically a "disorder"--it all depends on the vantage point, and again this is what Gareb is probably concerned about--what is the true viewpoint of this topic--from whose eyes are we looking through when we use the term "disorder"?
