2 of the reviews you posted only tested voltage stability only hardwaresecrets made a semi-decent review but if you actually read into their results especially the ripple then you can understand that they have a very low standard for a good quality PSU, but i guess this PSU is fine if its 2,000 or less.

for the price i think bargain naman guro na...but if i want to buy a high end PSU..i would still go with Silverstone.
