Help me PSP models confused

Mga banggiitan og PSP, im planning to buy a PSP but i don't know what model should i buy?
I am really confused about the model numbers of the PSPs, do they can play the same games? can somebody help/tell me what are the difference of these PSPs and please sort them to latest to oldest. Thanks in advance

If you want to "TINKER" your PSP. Don't go for PSP3000 hehe

Go for psp with stable fw... more or less... psp 2k and below...

^ referring to stable FW bro.. before naa mga units dili ma hack meaning dili maka play downloadable games UMD lang pwedi ug naa ma hack pero naka "chichen" lang though maka play downloadable games pero pag ma empty ang batt o ma off totally ang unit mag reboot napud ka software sa chickhen hasle kaayo...
