seriously in academic aspect layu2x pa knahanglan baktason ang ACT but nevertheless I must admit the school(ACT) is slowly gearing up itself especially in the Computer education...

i believe ACT is losing in these aspect/s

student's selectivity
faculty to student ratio
number of faculty with PhD and Masters degree
academic and industry linkages
prestige
