Work abroad and send money to Phil, you can contribute a little to make the Phil economy float. Changing peoples attitude takes a very very long time assuming we have the correct formula for it.

as of now what I can contribute to my country are my taxes and my exercise to suffrage.
I think it's our obligation follow the constitution and being aware of our state. I can't say that I am religiously implementing it but I am hoping that each of us is also trying to do so.
