Ang itsura kay mura siya ug poste, tapos sa ibabaw naay butanganan sa tanum. Basta lain siya tan-awon..

Can anyone here post a pic? tagsa ra baya ko mag-agi2x og as fortuna or any other parts of mandaue. at least daghan sab ko ma-comment bahin aning post/plant box. a big possiblity that this is a waste of govt funds.

Hehe. I pass by AS Fortuna on my way to work everyday. And i've seen those new "structures". I think it's more of an eye-sore than a work of Art. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we can make subjective evaluation of a work of art based on the satisfaction that we derive from it. I must say, am not satisfied.
IMHO, time and money was wasted to create such "structures" with no artistic value. Btw, I don't have any idea if this is a Brgy project or not...if Brgy Project ni cia, wala cguro budget. But still, with or without budget, they should have done/thought of something better.

exactly, bati kaayo ang kadtong mga flower boxes intawon oy...as in bati kaayo! anyway, dako bitaw kaayo ang difference sa beautification of Cebu City and Mandaue City. I haven't seen much progress in Mandaue...so sad...they are just wasting the peoples money. Don't forget guys, its your taxes that's paying it off! grr
