What makes you think nagpa PMS ang mga tao ron without RH? and why would you say na with contraceptive availables through RH dili na mag ***?

Kung rampant na gyud PMS and *** are embedded na gyud sa atong media wa na ta mahimo, but adding free contraceptives it will just fuel the fire. ka g naka?
Dili man pareha ug tinuhu-an tanan tao.

my point of view. i am NO to RH Bill.

for me, the govt should concentrate and put up more public schools especially COLLEGE public schools that is FREE and easy access to all the poorest among the poor Filipino people.
naa ta UP College but then kasagaran pud kay mga dato..maka afford to pay the tuition fees. Naa pud mga poor but BRIGHT people ang maka sulod..but what about those poor but AVERAGE mind people lang? I think the root cause of this issue is that most POOR Filipinos don't want to go to COLLEGE and finished their studies because they don't have enough money to send themselves to school.
If all of us will be educated, and somehow knows what is going on to our economy, population etc. then maka realize guro ta nga over populated na kaayo ang PINAS. And kung tanan nato makahuman og skwela, then that's the time ma busy nata og work, work and work. and if work ang problema kay kulang daw og trabaho, masulbad rana. Kay educated naman ta. We can decide if we will work outside the country else, mag business ta.

Like sa ako brother. He is a college graduate, I asked him, BRO ngano 1 lang gusto nimo anak..
he said..Lisod kaayo ang panahon karon...at least sakto ra namo ang sweldo kung pun-an mag lisod na.
2 of my barkadas(1 is college level, second is associate graduate) kay tag 1 rapud ila anak..kay lisod daw.

For me, FREE access to education ra jud ang solution siguro ani..kay mostly pud raba sa daghan anak kay wala mga trabaho and wala kahuman og skwela.

DAghan man gusto mo skwela but dili lang sila ka afford. Naa pud uban dili jud ganahan og skwela but if tempting kaayo ang mga PUBLIC schools nga FREE ra kaayo, dili kaha sila mo SULOD?

then sa curriculum kay i strengthen ang subjects like ECONOMICS, CURRENT EVENTS etc hehee para aware pud ang students unsay nahitabo karon..thou naa man GMANEWStv. thanks hehe.

sa akong tan-aw mora kung daghan na unya ipang hatag FREE (pero am afraid sad nga mao nasad ni mag start og corruption, daghan kaayo malipay ani) na condoms and other contraceptives mora og nag promote og PRE-MARITAL S**.

contradict man sad kaayo ni sa atong brothers na MUSLIM, kay mag pa sanay man sila..basta kailangan kay maka afford og kwartahan..so meaning naa diay ni limitation diay sa pag implement ani?.

or why not mag buhat og policy nga pila lang ang anak according sa ilang financial status? or mag based ta sa income tax return sa BIR?

like ANNUAL income tax kay 100,000 good for 2 children lang? then if molapas prisohon for how many years..then the govt mo give assistance sa nahibilin?
pero lisod kaayo ni...kinsa man sad ang prisohon?

basta para land jud nako, NATURAL planning lang jud...

sakto jud ka, kasagaran sa wa kahuman ug skwela daghay anak, ug kadto ila anak, most likely dili na sad to kaskwela. then ang wa kaskwela na mga anak, most likely manganak na sad ug daghan and so forth and so on.

PRO LIFE ka pero gusto nimo ilimit ang anak sa isa ka pamilya? murag inconsistent kaayo. god gave us free will and you are restricting it?

To quote FVR “The issue here is not about the use of condoms or contraceptives. It's not about religious dogma or abortion, which was denied, prohibited in the RH Bill and against the law. It's more about ensuring a better quality of life for the poor and the younger generations of Filipinos that we should be talking about,” Ramos stressed.

“I think the philosophy of RH bill is that we must learn to produce quality people in this world instead of producing people who only end up as, say, beggars on the streets, scavengers, or sellers of cheap or prohibited items. This, I think, is the real valid argument in favor of the RH bill,”

It could deter this from hapenning, but ofcourse, dili guaranteed but better than nothing

hehehe, mao gani, middle class and upper class are informed naman about this. labi na kita na we have access to internets. ang pinakamobenefit ani is rural areas. kadto nagarely lang ug health information from their rural health centers. WALAY BUHATON ANG GOBYERNO, ATO HUNA HUNA NANGWARTA SILA, NAAY BUHATON, NANGWARTA SILA, maayo nalang na, atleast naay nakabenefit sa ilang pagpangwarta kaysa ilang kwarta igo ra ibuldoze buldoze ug mga kalsadang dili maagian, ipalit ug lampost na minilyon.

aw so kung ingon ana imo thinking, wa nalang tay buhaton? kung tahay nabagsak ka sa isa ka subject sa school, di nalang nimo iretake kay nabagsak naman ka? ana nalang? di nalang ko, bagsak man ko ana before, preha ra man na nga topic, sure ko bagsak na sad ko, di nalang ko moretake. ana? or pwede nato bag-uhon ug unsaon nimo imo pamaagi sa pagtoon para same goal pero this time makapasar na ka?
