Its not perception, its quantifying their achievements. I had been coming back and forth to these places for years, have made some studies on environmental and livelihood programs, and have lived on these districts for sometime - enough to make observations on the districts developments. I don't know about you if you have spent sometime in the area for you to even comment about it. It is your opinion that are based on your perception.

What bank accounts are you talking about? The argument that thsese lawmakers are proposing Sugbuak because they are last termers is silly.

Bisan pa ug walay sugbuak mag pabilin silang gamhanan sa ilang distrito. They could field their wives, sons, daughters and other relatives and they couls still win.

Let us look beyond imputing malice on the part of these legislators who propose Sugbuak. For all we know they are really motivated by good intentions.

Dili lang si Gov. Gwen ang naay monopoly of good intentions with all due respect for her.

tsk. bai, i came from the town where this proposition was born. i know some of these people personally. oddly though, they are political allies with my relatives. kabantay ka anang smile sa buaya? mao na ilaha. di nalang ko mention ug name kay hasol na. i can't say na maayu gyud si gwen, but this issue motivated with good intentions? lolz!

power and wealth are never part of good intentions. why would they try to divide cebu when we are better off as one? and majority of the cebuanos dont agree with their proposition.

set for example bro, the mayor of a town is not allied with the governor, unya the governor will try to approach or propose a plan to the mayor since kato nga lugar kay once to nga balwarte sa gov so pinangga ghapon niya ang mga tawo, then ang mayor kay taas ug garbo kay napilde man iyang manok unya madala ghpon sa pamulitika sa iyang master nga kaatbang sa governor, so its either modeny sya sa help or ang governor mapul-an. then maong mapabayaan ang lungsod.

a nothern town in cebu was supposed to have a million budget road-repair program and a project construction for a sports gym, as planned by the governor. but suddenly, the mayor turned the offer off and proceeded to the offer the 'rival' proposed. the result? sumpaki gyud ug sakto.

grabe naman gani kaau ang boundary sa politica nga united pa ang cebu, unsa na kaha kung mabuak, mag-iyahay nalang ta ug linya sa atong teritoryo nga naa ra sa usa ka yuta?
