i have astigmatism, and this is since borth pani nako. Right now taas kaau akong rade sa astig and have all the symtoms that you mentioned. I cant move around when in a moving car coz kasukaun jud au ko.

There really isn't a cure for astigmatism, unless you undergo leser treatment, but that is only a temporary solution.

Just wear glasses everyday and doyour eye exercises. That will help decrease the grade slowly...

how do you know it's astigmatism? only an opthalmologist will know when you get an eye exam. my son have it since he was 6 yrs old. the only reason we found out is through a test. wa man syay symptoms like labad ulo. astigmatism is when everything you see is blurry dili ba sharp. and it's right there's no cure for it other than contact lens, lasik or glasses.

See an eye doctor. I have glasses on because of astigmatism. Also have your glasses coated for the radiation, I forgot what it was called.
Since you are mostly infront of the computer.

Here's a depuffing eye trick. This is relaxing too

Ingredients:
One small cucumber, chopped (peel it first)
One teaspoon coffee grounds
One tablespoon chamomile (cut open a tea bag)

Directions:
Combine ingredients, then wrap the mixture in a pair of stockings and freeze. One it's frozen, place a tissue over your eyes and let the pack site on them for 20 minutes.

mawala rana ang astigmatism if makapahuway ug tarung imong mata... before grabi akong astigmatism pero karon wala na gyud... maybe naanad na akong mata sa monitor... naa man glasses para ana niya... with special lenses. medjo mahal lang
