free ligation in barangay health centers? as previously stated ang health centers magdepende ra sa budget sa LGU.

    but your point is consider.

    5. it doesnt really matter where ihatag, but to the point naa silay access. just to clear matter.

gi seryoso man ninyo kana gun analogy kataw-an man gani nako.
"kung gun analogy pa hehe" i quoted.
naa siguro ka automatic translation sa? No, i did not state that PMS is consensual. I asked you if you want it to be written sa bill na dapat with parent's consent for minors to have access to services for their NEEDS...
But im actually asking you what do you suggest?

And to answer your question nga kung naa bay parents na ok ang PMS? then answer is a big YES. The number may be negligible but the answer is YES. Labi na ang amahan nga bugoy2x.

the gun analogy of gemwarrior was actually on the right track. Mas brutal lang nuon ang subject na iyang gigamit which is a gun rather than a latex.

SEC. 12. Integration of Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning Component in Anti-Poverty Programs

A multi-dimensional approach shall be adopted in the implementation of policies and programs to fight poverty. Towards this end, the DOH shall endeavor to integrate a responsible parenthood and family planning component into all antipoverty and other sustainable human development programs of government, with corresponding fund support. The DOH shall provide such programs technical support, including capacity-building and monitoring.
Naay anti-poverty commission mu take care ana. Sila ang ga himo ug mga programs to fight poverty. Mu differ man na ang programs sa panahon so dili siguro nay pwede ibutang ang specific details kay mag lisod na nya sila ug adjust.

brad... try daw ni another analogy.... if you buy a gun what will you do with it?

kay kasabot ko ni bronson.... engaging in s-x is in our own decision. contraceptions, condoms, IUD is freely( means dili na kinihanglan consent either from parents or drs.) available in market and in drugstore, maski wala pa ang RH Bill...
The RH Bill targets is the below poverty line individuals who has no access in this (contraceptions, condoms, IUD) because wala sila pambili in short....Brgy. health center already giving this freely but its not enough kay gamay ra and pondo....

enaging in s-x is in our own decision, its is the parents guidance to tell their/our children to avoid the PMS, still it is still their own decision to engage in it.

Katong bata pa ko, naa ko free access to condoms. Naa pa man to program sa una (sa Population Commission ata to?) unya daghan packages nga condoms, pills, and other reading material nga ipadala sa house every month...

Na-liberated ba ko tungod sa easy access to pills and condoms? WALA.

Can you give an example daw beh of how condoms cause abortion within the process of conception....

Id believe you if you know half of what you're parroting here. Why dont you think for yourself instead of just quoting other peoples opinions.... And please, read the bill first before you make senseless comments here... You're dumbing down the discussion in this forum.

Teens have access to contraceptives even today specially condoms nga naa sa counter sa supermarket.

Nya mugawas ni nga gipaboran ang Catholic church which is a big NO sa separation of church and state.
technically we are following the footsteps of US and UK and other countries open to contraceptives in school.

The issue is ok to give contraceptives to those who needs it for family planning but why should we allow adolescent? when we are telling them not to engage nga into ***.

and unsa man pud buhaton ng parents if they know that their teen had asked for contraceptives? when it is said in the bill that "there should be no discrimination" to the extent that "they will eradicate discriminatory practices" (forgot the exact words). The parents of the teen (who asked for contraceptives) are much more likely to get fined and/or imprisoned for prohibiting it.

The difference are: contraceptives are free and moral authority of the parents is at risked cause the bill anti-discrimination policy.

Why cant they not enforce strictly when the bill intended to make people responsible and aware ? this is accdg to your fellow pro RH.
