fresh beans? or kanang dried?
for fresh murag wala but you can use baguio beans "string beans" ayaw lang nang sitaw "snake beans" kung dili asian recipe imo gamit. french beans is becoming common here in cebu but scarce you can also use that.
but if your more interested at the BEANS gyud. metro ayala sell them per bag, imported sya i forgot the brand. a bit pricey
you can also substitute it by using navy beans. kanang white beans makita nimo sa grocery the beans they use for making pork and beans.
there is also a canned variety.
the tip on using beans "dried" is to always soak them in water before using them
the lenght of time will depend on the type of beans. ex. navy beans a minimum of 8 hours, i usually do 12 hours to be on the safe side.
