Good day all,

im planning to bring my 2 4-months old puppies sa ako bakasyon to CDO. i brought them at robi. my dogs were already dewormed 3 times and with 2 shots na of 5n1. third shot nila is june 6 (which naa nko dapat CDO).

question 1: unsay legal requirements so that i can bring my dogs with me to CDO?
question 2: how?

kay kung dili man gud madala, grabe ang changes sa plan kay my wife will have to stay with them..

madala nimo na imo mga pups bro if:

1) makakuha ka ug travel permit from bu. of quarantine, naa dira sa may pier 1 dapit.
2) requirement sa travel permit kay kinanglan naa nay anti-rabies shot imo pups which you didnt mention sa imo post sa taas... if ever gani imo pa-shotan ug anti-rabies, naa man tingali holding period ug 10days from the time imo na-shotan ug anti rabies before pa nimo mai-travel imo pups.

their vet advised na after sa 3rd 5n1 is ang anti-rabies. hmmmm, in other words its a clear no. thanks kaayo bai.

magbarko ka or plane? but ila ra vet card importante ana but problem ana kay 4 mos na imo pup then required sa quarantine nga naa na injection sa anti-rabies ang pups 3 mos and above. Pero not sure lng if mau pa gahpn ila requirement nga kailangan bah 3 mos above naa na injection sa anti-rabies. Try to call daw sa quarantine if ok lng bah ang 4 mos wla pa anti-rabies vaccine.

@elars strikto na kaayo sila karon bay.. dili as in dili na jud pwede mag ship ng dog without anti-rabies.. irregardless what age ang pup... basta ila pangitaon is ang anti rabies shot gyud.

Hi,

Bag-o rako gkan CDO with my dog... You need:

1.Travel Permit
Get it a day or two before the date you'll travel kay naay expiration date ang permit..Good only for 3 days! Then ang requirements for permit kay Anti rabies for above 3 months.Just show them the medical certificate then tagaan namo ana..FOR FREE!

And NO holding period for the anti rabies.Get your dog shot with anti rabies then bring him/her home.You go to quarantine office and get that permit needed..Ana lang..

2. Cage/kennel box

I didn't know this is needed traveling by boat. I thought of it but I don't want to, maluoy ko sa akong iro..So pet bag ra akong dala..But ok raman diay wala..But I was warned next time, I should acquire one so para wlay labad sa ulo, pagdala nalang.

If your traveling by plane:

Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific requires

1. Travel Certification from your vet certifying that your pets are fit for travel.

2. Inform the airline two days before your scheduled flight. They would need the total weight of the dog and the kennel.

3. Vaccination papers of your dog.

4. Kennel to house your dog.

At the airport:

Permit from the Bureau of Quarantine.
