• Entry forms are available in all Julie’s Bakeshop branches in Cebu only
• Filled-up entry forms shall be submitted to Ms. Kat Lubino at Julie’s Franchise Corporation Office in C. Padilla St., Duljo Fatima Cebu City or sent thru email together with the scanned Entry Form to: kat.lubino@gmail.com
• Deadline for submission of Entry Forms and photo entries will be on July 15, 2011 at 5:00 PM
