Call Center Sosyalera???

I think batasan sa taw man nang pagka sosyalero/sosyalera. It has nothing to do with the profession of being a call center agent. Cguro daghan lng nabantayan mga taw katong wala sa call center industry nga kasagaran gyud ning maka trabaho sa call center, grabe na ang ego. Maybe bec. they speak english fluently? Getting bigger salaries than the usual day worker, or other reasons that ma noted sila for what they are. Pero to be fair pud sa ila, they attained their social status merely bec. of hardwork and effort. Mind you working inside the call center is very tedious. So mao cguro they can't express their frustrations, mao nang they tend to blurt things out in public. So katong maka ingon mga sosyalera sila, if you can't stand them then don't look at them, or if you can't beat them, then try joining them. hehehe...

I think ang issue dire sa thread kay nganong mag pa sosyal2x ang mga call center agents. Dili ra baya jud dako ang sweldo sa mga call center agents. Ang mga dato ra diha kay kanang mga VPs nga moabot ug P150,000 ang sweldo...

Pero ganahan ra gihapon ko sa mga call center agents kay daghan chix!

I know some companies that are requiring employees to wear business/formal attires, whatever you may call it.

It's a matter of respect, what they wear or who they are is not our problem anymore as long as they are not doing any crime. That's how they are and this is what we are, I'd rather not mind them as long as they don't insult me, whatever I wear, whatever I am. I don't feed them anyways.

I think nadevelop sad na nga attitude towards coworkers sad cguro. I have a friend nga dili mo smoke,going to bars and just very simple way back college days or even grad but when she enter the BPO industry murag nachange iya lifesyle and tend to be pasosyalan na pero iya man sad to but I think its a matter of choice sad if magkatrendy or in ka sa call center. Usually sad mga single raman sad ang mga pasosyalan au pero ilaha man sad na. I dont have against anang pasosyalan but at least lng sad unta bah ibutang sa lugar kay naa man gud uban sosyalera nga over na sad au bisan wla na sa lugar.For me lng ha murag lainan lng sad ko anang uban gud na sosyalera nga bisan naa na gani sa jeep magcge gahpon ug english to think naa sa jeep then wla na sa work and bisdak bya tawun ta.

Para nako maam, you're lying. Unsa na, regular salary or commission based? Kung commission-based kay naay assurance nga 10K per day? Or 10K kung maka jackpot lang? Unsa man na nga company maam ug unsa na nga position? Sure ka dili na senior management position?

I think dili man cguro lng sa attire ang basihan sa pasosyalan lng, i know what companies who requires to wear formal attire but we are talking here about the lifestyle of a call center agents in which naa some people who are just being a sosyal climbers. Hinoon its their money ila gispent.

EDIT: Per pay day man diay... abi nako ug per day. It's still in the normal range. Ang dato ra dire sa IT park kay ang mga VPs...
