I think batasan sa taw man nang pagka sosyalero/sosyalera. It has nothing to do with the profession of being a call center agent. Cguro daghan lng nabantayan mga taw katong wala sa call center industry nga kasagaran gyud ning maka trabaho sa call center, grabe na ang ego. Maybe bec. they speak english fluently? Getting bigger salaries than the usual day worker, or other reasons that ma noted sila for what they are. Pero to be fair pud sa ila, they attained their social status merely bec. of hardwork and effort. Mind you working inside the call center is very tedious. So mao cguro they can't express their frustrations, mao nang they tend to blurt things out in public. So katong maka ingon mga sosyalera sila, if you can't stand them then don't look at them, or if you can't beat them, then try joining them. hehehe...
