Hhahaha KOREK! As in! hahahah DIMPLE siya ang impression nimo but then when you ask the patient about the history about that, if it is not INBORN, then that is NO DIMPLE! hahahah

Since it is the LAST ONE to come out and since EVOLUTION has played a key role on this, mao na siya na sakit. As HUMANS have evolved man gud, our jaws and our heads have become smaller and less rounded thereby causing the jaw area or space to constrict or become smaller. As our food also has evolved because we now COOK IT and rarely eat RAW FOOD like our prehistoric ancestors have before us, our food is now more softer so wlay challenge in eating. Aside from that, our dishes now adays have already evolved with so many ingredients especially the cariogenic kind like SUGAR which is the top cause of TOOTH CAVITIES.

So at present, smaller jaw space, lesser space for the 3rd molar to erupt into, mao na nga sakit. Aside from that, depende sad na siya sa case. Like for example HORIZONTAL CASES,

mag cge nalang siya ug PUSH, dili gyud siya ka gawas.

Aside from that, GENETICS also plays a key role in this! If your DAD has BIG TEETH and your MOM has SMALL JAWS and mao na naliwatan nimo, then ang result YOU have SMALL JAWS BUT BIG TEETH. Ergo, mag ekis2x imung mga ngipon inside your mouth. You now look TOOTHFUL kay daghan kaayo tanawun kay nag ekis ekis and nag sikit. Hehhehe

AS FOR ME AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH 3rd molar impaction....

Both my LOWER MOLARS have already been pulled out.
My UPPER LEFT 3rd MOLAR is already OUT but ako ra gehapon ni ipa ibot kay walay gamit ug ni anam na siya ka tagak or over extruded kay wala naman ang LOWER 3rd molar na mu sangga niya.

My UPPER RIGHT 3rd MOLAR on the other hand is still partially covered with GUMS but is in the process of COMING OUT every now and then and YES, BOTH still ache every now and then when they wanna try to push and come out. Give me a headache that is like a migraine that radiates to my temples! Grrrrrrrrr sa tanang grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

a. Maybe I should have tried all my ex's in bed. Joke! hahahaha (Buanga gyud nimo bro uy! hahahha)
b. Maybe I should have continued being in the band while studying pero lisod man e dungan and the pagka MASUNURING BATA nako, ni undang gyud ko kay it is hard serving 2 masters at thesame time. Hehhehe
c. Maybe I should have earned millions first, have my own house and lot and own car before I got married. But then when that time would probably come, dili nako ka anak ug wala unta ko kita sa akong cutie pie Anneiah Adelaide C. Tan! Heheheh

But in the end, we can never have everything! hehee

Fans gyud? Active gyud? Hahhaha ni active rako uy kay wala koy lingaw diri sa clinic if walay patient mag Istorya ko! hahha

FYI, my mom and my sister and my brother are Istoryans. Ang nag una gyud is ME and my sister then natakdan nalang na akong MOM and akong BROTHER. But mind you, mas na UNA pa ug ka SENIOR MEMBER akong mom kaysa namo sa akong sister. Then sunod ako na SENIOR MEMBER then akong sister JUNIOR pa until now. Hahhaha Ingun ana ka ADDICT akong MOM sa Istorya nga nalampasan mi niya! ahahha

WORLD PEACE 3 times! Hahahhaah Pang beauty pageant kaayo! Seriously,
a. Wish I had my own house and lot.

Busy sa life, busy sa anak, busy sa negosyo na ginagmay, busy ug pa level up sa SRO or CABAL, busy ug transcribe if maka lugar! But wala na kaayo karun kay sakit na akong shoulder blades. Carpal tunnel is getting worst!

1. Because for me it was much easier than being a medical doctor! hahaha And the choice of being a medical doctor was ang GUSTO sa akong mom but feeling nako dili nako kaya ug tinuod dili gyud. hehehhe

2.Yes! It is a miracle I have ANNYA right now despite being diagnosed having ovarian cysts.

3. Shyet na malagkit nag mention ug food! hahahah Nag diet na ko and lost 10 lbs because of Istorya sad! ahhahaha But anyway, daghan man kog gusto na food uy! hehehe

Mooon cafe's Gambas ala luna, Mooon steak, secret (which I know how to cook na!)

1. Bisan asa ra man but usually sa mga THREADS I subscribed to! Used to be sa DID YOU KNOW that I started but na minghoy ko sa gebuhat nila lately! So not happy about it! Mao na hilom nako didto! Ganahan ko tambay didto sa AKONG DID YOU KNOW because for me it was a way of reaching out to more people and giving them new things to know. It was also another way for me to get more informative and research and know more new things. Kinda expanding my knowledge in everything. Like my boss said, Jack of all trade lage daw ko! heheheh A little of everything. ehhehe

PASTA STYLE
What I would do is e roughen up ang front part sa teeth and back part depende sa approach na akong gamitun. If minimal lang then front ra! After that, e acid etch ang prepared tooth para mag himo ug mga murag holes para na mas kusog ang pag attach sa pasta sa teeth. After that e rinse. Then after that butangan ug Bonding agent which helps gehapon sa retention. After that hinay hinayan ug butang sa past in increments or little by little then e cure para mu gahi. Kailangan na e OVER pgka butang kay pina TANGO man kaha ang gusto! After na nabutang tanan, hinay hinayan na dayun ug basbas ug porma sa ngipon para mura na gyud siya ug tango! ehhehe

JACKET STYLE
Igo ra pagamyan ang ngipon or e tooth reduction on all 4 sides, front, back and side. After which an impression is made on the tooth or mould in layman's terms. Pagkahuman, ipadala sa laboratory ang CAST or REPLICA sa imung WHOLE UPPER ARCH para maoy trabahuon sa technician and you just give them instructions na ang gusto sa patient pina TANGO na style na taas siya! After that, the patient comes back para ipa pilit nato ang finished product with JACKET CEMENT.

Some kinda like this pero sa CANINE lang! Gets?

But if you would ask me, I would rather have the REMOVABLE TYPE which I have at home! Ako sah halungkayun ug ako unya e share ninyo diri while I am wearing it! hahahah
