sa katong case nga nasakpan sa mall, dli ko totally agree sa decision ato. yes, tinuod nga the car is a private property and its an "extension" of your home. but its also true that a Mall is a private property. so by that logic, if the couple had every right to do whatever they wish sa ila private property, so do the Mall owners and that right extends to the security guards, they being tasked to look after the peace and safety of the establishment..

though adto mag pundok ang mga taw, Malls are still considered private property. mao bitaw wala CITOM inside their area. mao bitaw maka compel sila nimo mu open sa imo sakyanan before you enter the parking area because you are entering a private property. they don't need search warrants for that. lahi pud nang parahon ka sa checkpoint, duha ka search ra pwede ana. Plain View rule and Stop and Frisk rule. dli pwede mu utingkay ang mga pulis og walay search warrant.

going back sa topic, its not illegal to copulate in the car. however, if nag park ka in a public place den nasakpan ka, pwede kag disturbance of the peace.

having *** inside a car is not illegal, however it you do it on a private place, the owner of the place have the prerogative to forced-you out of the area or file a case..

Title 3 Chap 5 Art 155

Art. 155. Alarms and scandals. — The penalty of arresto menor or a fine not exceeding P200 pesos shall be imposed upon:
1. Any person who within any town or public place, shall discharge any firearm, rocket, firecracker, or other explosives calculated to cause alarm or danger;

2. Any person who shall instigate or take an active part in any charivari or other disorderly meeting offensive to another or prejudicial to public tranquility;

3. Any person who, while wandering about at night or while engaged in any other nocturnal amusements, shall disturb the public peace; or

4. Any person who, while intoxicated or otherwise, shall cause any disturbance or scandal in public places, provided that the circumstances of the case shall not make the provisions of Article 153 applicable.
