Common sense bitaw no, it definitely is the wrong place. Why sa car kay deli kahuwat sobrang ma L na talaga no? Anyway, as i said. Its not a crime but also i believe there is a proper place and time for everything and doing it in the car is not very comfortable man. There is a bedroom or at least, use your own discretion and judgement when it comes to privacy issues and *** is something private. It is not to be done in public places like the car. Maapektuhan man sab ang moralidad sa mga tao nga maka witness ana. It might be okay for them so long as they are doing that in private not public and be tactful and discreet about it too.

I call that "*** & Lies in the Office"

Having a Romp Session in the car is very difficult. It hurts the Back, the kness gets bump @ the hand brakes not to mention accidentaly honking the Horn & the Glass turns Foggy. It is not a appropriate place to engage that kind of activity...but recieving a quick fix release in the Car is much more fun for us males....

    Kay dili..?!?!?

The guard didn't do anything wrong by taking a look at what was happening inside the car.

People sometimes forget that they were hired to maintain security.

For the purpose of discussion about protocols and initiative, let the security guards be people who actually do their job for the right reasons. It is quite possible that the guard took advantage of the situation and decided to bust the couple's time together. For the remainder of this post though please assume that the security guard is actually trying to do his job.

A parked car doesn't move. So if a certain vehicle in the parking lot has been suspiciously occupied for some time then it's only logical to investigate what's going on. Should the tint stop a quick inspection then getting up close and "peeping" will prove to be a smart thing to do.

As for this concerning a violation of privacy. Privacy is such a delicate word and too often wrongfully invaded. However, as with searches and X-ray scans. A necessary crossing over someone's privacy boundaries is needed to help maintain security.

Protocols can only go so far. It's childish to assume that there's a set of instructions for everything. It's a security guard's initiative to further investigate such a scenario. It's also Ayala's people (in this case) best interest to know about everything that's going on inside the building so the decision to further investigate is also in Ayala's best interest.

Ayala Center Cebu being a family oriented mall might've had a memo for the guards regarding this matter too.
Since it's a private establishment a simple "No *** Inside the Basement Parked Cars policy" would've been more than enough to warrant a peek at that suspicious vehicle.

If it were any other way then the perfect way to bomb the shite out of Ayala Center Cebu would be to:

    1. Get the darkest tint you can get.
    2. Load your vehicle with a broken down industrial fan (3 blades) but remove one blade. This will simulate a vibration that most likely will reproduce the effect of someone having *** inside the car.
    3. Pack it full with explosives. It won't matter if the packages fill the entire front and backseats..just leave enough room for the fan and an inverter.
    4. Remote Detonation.

It's perfect because guards are forbidden from peeking inside tinted vehicles.

That is the whole point of the PROTOCOL ZN . Might as well for all GUARDS to peep on all TINTED CARS because there might be a bomb inside , moving or not . In the first place , they have the INITIATIVE to PEEP on tinted windows but they are too lazy ti inspect SUSPICIOUS or the " PROTOCOL " all cars entering and exiting the basement as per instruction of the Ayala management .

It just so happen that we are now basing our views as CATHOLICS and CHRISTIANS and we use MORALS as the keyword to nail the couples down . It is wrong for no matter how FAMILY ORIENTED a place is , it is still bound for LAW of the LAND and not the LAW of the CHURCH .

Ive been asking this also , what did the couple violate ? Is there a law that hinders couples to have *** outside the bedroom ? Who sets the standards of when and where is the right place for *** ? There is NONE to be exact , as long as you are not causing any scandal due to exhibitionism w/c mao na ang makasauhan for ILLICIT EXPOSURES or whatever you guys want to call it . So far , only guard caused the scandal . As a guard who has " initiative " and " only doing " his or her hob , by telling the couple to leave the premises is sufficient enough because he or she will find out that very moment if they are a threat to others or to the property . What did the guard do ? We all knew what he did right ?

hmmm..haven't really read the whole thread more like skimmed it but I don't think the couple can be charged with anything though they can be asked to leave the premises.

The whole peep inside thing is already being done (though it's a little crude) at the parking entrance. The checking of the suspicious vehicle was warranted by the irregularities that the parked car was exhibiting (the rocking motion).

We have to remember though that all my arguements so far were considering an "honest" security guard. One who checked for any danger or if anyone was in danger.

In the current Ayala episode though, I really doubt that the guard was trying to check for security purposes nor was he checking for "unacceptable by Ayala's morals" act. I think he just really wanted to bust the bejeezes out of those two lovers and get his 15 minutes of fame.

i agree, a warning and asking them to live the premises would have been the right thing to do, it's ridiculous that this was brought to court and made the headlines.

i have seen this kind of circumstances in my workplace parking lot in a not tinted vehicle kay di man allowed ang tinted deri, not just once but a few times and none of us made a big deal about it even our GM. bottomline is it's their business as long as they don't cause any trouble and damages the property.
problem with some people is they view this situation on their level of morality and call them badlongon and immoral but forgets that each person's morals varries not to mention it is tried in the law of the land and not the church like springfield said. you can't push your morals to other people.

if the ayala mall don't want this kind of things going on in their parking lots they should have posted signs.
