Try to scan your computer for viruses. Worms are easily spread even by just surfing and openning spams.

yup possible virus like last year diha to mytob ang name but nowadays dali ra jud ma
steal imo mail identity, tried it before and it works nagsend ko email then ang sa
receiver's end ang"from" address is lain na email account nga dili akoa, you can investigate
this through the email headers para ma check ang origin
