correct me if i'm wrong, the NGO or any volunteer related groups should not depend on the volunteer members for its funding, what the members can contribute is their time and their skills/talents as you needed them as they are not being paid for any charitable jobs they do for the organization. thats what volunteerism is all about. the group organizers should look for benefactors to sustains its operating expenses.
