Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama's Performance

Rama is " okay", not excellent. It would really help if his administration could do something about "child" wrongdoers! Grabe man kaau mangawat mga bata karon oi,,, malisang nako nila. I hope he could do something about this.

It's that RA 9334 or the stupid "Pangilinan Law" that is being abused by these unscrupulous persons. One thing that the Cebu City government can do is to ask our beloved congressmen for possible amendments on some provisions regarding the said law.

On Mike's performance - I like it so far. I find him to be sincere, fair and honest...far more better than Tomas on these departments. Now, if only the councilors back him up a hundred percent or do they need to be cowered down as how the ex-mayor lorded over them.

Hes newly elected alright, but he should have let Tommys approved project to take flight, im talking about the approved construction of boiler/chiller type aircon for the Cebu City Hall that will be run by multi fuel(coco husk,coco shell,rice husk,corn ear and other agricultural waste). What this design does is it uses agri wast to heat up the boiler to produce steam, then absorbed by chiller to form cold water to be distributed to city hall with water as refrigerant, This design has been operating in Hocpo Feeds and in Mighty cigarettes both in Bulacan, This could help address the growing concerns of petrol base fuels and its environmental effects, the system has ash room/cyclone and wet scrubber to catch air pollution and convert it to water pollution and set up water treatment facility for clean water disposal. Sayang coz Cebu could have been the pioneer model to all cities. All foundations of these projects have already been constructed and now left to be forgotten, situated across bank,beside the road heading for SRP, inside Cebu City engineering office.
