How I wish I can go or leave clean as much as possible but the thing is things are moving too fast. This new company offered me great stuff or better offer than my current company. And they want me to work this coming monday. So I guess all in all, I'll just drop my resignation para at least kabalo sya reason of leaving kay 2 years plus na bya ko at least lang ba.. So it means la na ko time para wait sa resignation process kay at first I thought diritso na sya na processes as Ive found it it will take time. So in this case, hatag ko resignation then di na mo hulat.. ana na gyud![]()
hala dili mana ingon ana kadali. once you give him your resignation letter kelangan pa ka morender og pila ka days ana. sa labor code we are suppose to give the employer 30days notification before leaving them.
dili na pwde oi na moresign raka kalit kay magstart naka sa new job inig monday na. wala nimo gai enough time imo employer na makakuha og replacement nimo. do you think malipay siya sa imong gibuhat?

I think wala ka karealize ani. Your new employer will call your former company for background check and verification. nya imong gamiton health reason why niresign ka? Ika tawag sa new employer to old boss do you think dili siya mashock? mohatag kaha siya og positive comments about nimo? diba nimention ka na ganahan nimo gamiton imong experience sa imong old work pero i doubt ika tawag puro positive ila isulti about you. (im not sure if motawag pa sila, murag hired naman ka sa new company)
@ cococrunch.. that's very true jd.. most employers kay motawag jd na sila sa u previous company.. better state the true reasons why u should leave the company (much better if detailed cya..and remember labor code should apply (30days notification to your employer) cause there is a chance nga mo decline ang employer sa resignation and ang labas kay AWOL..hahaha
