I thought that was a good decision, good for him. Better take his time in UK than end up like Daniel Orton.

Biyombo is so far the most raw and athletic of the bunch.

Because of the lack of talent in this draft...it's most certain that Irving will definitely be the number 1 pick. Although in my opinion it should be Derrick Williams.
He's lack of defense was part of his team's play. They let him go easy in playing defense so he can put his energy in scoring where we know he excels.

But i agree with your post..Also I don't think he can esily take those outside shots in the NBA, his shots will be contested by bigger and quicker guards. But if he can join the right team for his skills then he might succeed in the NBA.

If the Raptors can't get Kyrie or Williams , Byombo would be a good pick . I'm all sold out on this guy . Then we'll have to trade Bargnani for a better SF !

WOW!! Corey Joseph and Tristan Thompson staying in the NBA Draft, both these guys are taking a huge risk, I wasn't expecting them too leave this early. I kinda followed these two so I'm sort of familiar with how the play and I think they're not ready and they're underdeveloped. They can really benefit more if they stay, look at Sullinger and Barnes. Both are projected on the top 10, but instead they've chosen to remain in their respective schools.

Considering his last visit east was pretty successful, the Kings have decided to send Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson to represent them at next week’s draft lottery, taking place at Secaucus, New Jersey

“I’d like to give the mayor an invitation,” said Kings co-owner Gavin Maloof at yesterday evening’s #HereWeRally event in Downtown Sacramento. “On behalf of the Maloof family, the NBA and the best fans in Sacramento, we want you to represent us at the lottery.”

The point-guard-turned-politician played a major role in turning the tide in the Kings relocation saga. His presentation at the NBA’s Board of Governors meetings prompted league brass to extend the relocation deadline for a second time. The NBA’s Relocation Committee then recommended the team stay in Sacramento for at least one more year after a fact-finding visit to California’s capital city.

The Kings have a 7.6 percent chance of winning the lottery, fifth best behind the Timberwolves, Cavs, Raptors and Wizards. Last year they selected DeMarcus Cousins with the fifth pick and chose Tyreke Evans, last season’s Rookie of the Year, fourth in 2009. The NBA Draft Lottery takes place next Tuesday, May 17th.

After endless of political drama and the arena issue , the Kings are staying in Sacramento . This probably a gesture of thanks to Kevin Johnson who busted his ass to make this issue solved .

    ^^ WOW! Good for them..

Anyway, John Wall will represent the Wizards.

Since na mention na nako ang former wildcats na si Wall, so far I know two wildcats that are staying sa draft: Brandon Knight and DeAndre Higgins, since Terrence Jones decided to stay for another year at Kentucky.
