Try AZIZA... at Tinderbox Banilad. Haven't tried the place yet but I heard that when you go inside, murag wala ka sa cebu coz of the interior. And of course, there's a dress code... no sneakers, t-shirts, shorts, sandals, etc... dapat mag black leather shoes ang guys.
