btaw bai. Recently rasad ko nagpasa sa akong resignation letter. If balhin gani sa laing company, i state lng gyud nga "I've accepted the offered position by blah2x" nya don't forget lng gyud to thank them for training/experience etc2x. hehehe

Last pay rani bro, includes your one month salary, accumulated non used vacation leaves (sa sick leave, i'm not sure for some companies if they will give it also), pro-rated 13th month, and tax refund.
