    Default Monitor Problem

my monitor displays this message shortly when my pc boots up:

    "OUT OF FREQUENCY".

The horizontal frequency of my monitor is less than the supported frequency..The problem is I don't know how to adjust it... I've try changing the screen resolution but it doesn't solve the problem...

What should i do? Please help me.....
