Overview:


Technical Sales Executive is directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the company's customer base, while remaining anchored in using the best technical-based solutions in providing excellent customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Find prospects and leads
  • Able to create new and sustainable accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Gain thorough knowledge of the products being handled
  • Expertly explain products, and provide correct technical advice on proper product application to clients
  • Create detailed sales business plans for areas handled
  • Manage & achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs, other technical & sales reports needed
  • Engage with entire sales and other teams for coordinated results

Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Graduate of any business/ marketing/technical/ engineering-related course
  • Past experience with heavy construction and mining equipment, or skill in technical selling is an advantage
  • With a valid code 2 Driver's License, and who has driven a 4-wheel vehicle for at least 2 years
  • Vast experienced in using MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines\
  • Good negotiation skills, to sell,up-sell and cross-sell
  • Articulate, and with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and having problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Compliant to company policies and guidelines
