We are looking for IT Support Staff with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course
- At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in PC Hardware and Software on an MS-Windows environment
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge in basic networking concepts
- Knowledge in CCTV, Video Conferencing and Point of Sale Systems
- Knowledge in System Administration is a plus
