1. Job Description
Renders the following tasks for Phil Property Expert, Inc.:
• Renders housekeeping services for the properties managed by Phil Property Expert, Inc..
• Keeps record of every activities or operations of the managed properties including but notlimited to laundry, inventories and supplies.
• Pays bills of the properties managed by Phil Property Expert, Inc.
• Does regular and special inspections of the properties managed by Phil Property Expert, Inc.
2. Probation Period
3 months probation period depending on the result of the performance.

6 days per week, flexible hours required per day depending on the specific target completion of theproject or task.

1 day per week, flexible days.
7. Wage
Basic - Php6,000.00 per month net of government taxes
Allowance – Transportation. This will be covered through reimbursements. Transportation expenses willbe according to the most affordable means of commuting.

1. Pleasing personality
2. Above average interpersonal skills
3. Good written and oral English
4. Requires minimum supervision
5. Flexible with time of work
6. At least highschool graduate
