kalinaw is right. you should be passionate about cooking. ang ako lang isip bali... first contact offices...cater to them sa lunch time. drop off the lunchboxes then pick them up later.
my reasoning for that is at least you will have kahit papaano a feel for what it really takes to open a carenderia. that you have to wake up VERY VERY early to do your marketing (mga 3-4 times a week)...that you have to be creative in your cooking as well as masarap...that you work fast fast fast to get the food ready in time....and see kung you can hack the stress without shelling out so much money muna. ang overhead nimo dili kaau dako ba.
also...as owner..you should be on top of EVERYTHING...from the marketing to the cooking to the cashiering. im not saying you do all...just be aware. especially be aware of your inventory. dyan nadadale ang kadaghanan sa mga carenderia owners. mga tawo biya mostly kawatan.
our former helper...ani iya biz...ay she is doing very very well. masarap kc sya magluto tapos kugihan pa jud. after lunch...sleep na sya hehehe.
