    Default Metropolis Lot located at Phase 1A


    Good day, Istoryans! I'm looking for a residential lot for sale in Metropolis Subdivision Bacayan (Phase 1A). Preferably 150 sqm. or bigger. This will be a cash basis purchase via escrow agreement. If you know anybody selling his or her Metropolis lot please PM me or leave property details together with contact number in the comments below.

    [Off topic] PS. Very recently, I had this bad experience with an agent. Last week, I saw an ad in Lamudi for a Metropolis lot 150 sqm. and is reasonably priced. Saturday of last week, me and my wife went to see the property. We were pleased with what we saw and started to prepare the funds set up an escrow account agreement. But just two nights ago, the agent called me up and informed me that the price just went up. Makalagot kaayo! This is very unprofessional and, to tell you the truth, a bit frustrating. Tuga2x ug advertise sa price nya usbon lang dayon when he learned that we were prepared to pay in cash. Anyway, I mentioned this here hoping that the brokers advertising in Istorya will not do the same. Thanks for reading this semi-rant and god bless!

    off topic, did you ask the agent, reasons why the change of price? In generic term, ahente sad ko sir, pero naa sad seller labad ang ulo, usab2x sa price, worst of all kana mudawat sya ug net, di muhatag ug comm, ipatung lang sa price, dayon ug magbargain ang buyer to a lower price musugot, resulta ang comm sa agent nawagtang, mao pajud mabuthan sa buyer. anyways, in my case, esp ug taud2x na nga stock and wala na update ang post sa internet, i will always ask the seller sa current selling price, and will inform client na di nana sya mao ang price as seen thru internet b4 any negotiation. kasagaran ang stock di ra usa ka agent naghandle, but ang listing agent sya jud ang direct w/ authority to sell sa seller, comm sharing lang ug mahalin, basin ang agent ninyo dili to direct stock nya and then wala sya na inform sa listing agent na naa price increase. i am pleased to read ur post, good luck to your next search.
