Hi all,


Looking for either an apartment, house, or a townhouse within the specified areas. Here's are the specs:


* 3 Bedrooms (2 bedrooms will do as long as there's a bigger sala, or maid's quarter)
* Kitchen (I cook....a lot! So I hope it's a "worthy" kitchen with good enough space and elbow room. Bonus points if it has shelves where I can hide my secret potion of ingredients)
* Sala/Receiving Area
* Laundry Area
* Carport/Parking Space
* Secure (If there's a friendly security guard or si Kuya Manong who doesn't do a snooze fest at night, better!)


Bonus points but not necessary for the following:

* Veranda (We like to get some fresh air)
* Not too noisy neighborhood (we can deal with the occasional karaoke afternoons. God forbid it's not every day. And nobody gets shot singing "My Way")
* Greeeeens! (And I don't literally mean the walls are painted green. Some plants/trees would be awesome)
* No chicken/roosters in the neighborhood (Yes they sound nice from time to time. But waking up to them at 4am every day can be traumatic)
* Not by the main roads, or slightly farther from the main roads


Number of Occupants:
* 4 grown ups (2 adults who act like kids, 1 teenager who can't wait to be an adult, 1 friendly house help that likes to grow plants in her mini garden)
* 1 kid (who seriously thinks and acts like a grown up)
* 1 indoor dog who's lazy to go out for a walk


Final Note:

* We tried to have ourselves adopted by loving families but nobody wants to take us in. So instead, we will live our domestic life in a good place instead. Got property leads? Feel free to pm me. We are moving out end of December 2016. So help us find a new place or else we'll be homeless.
