question about JBOD

JBOD is multiple disk into one logical disk right?
since it is different from RAID (raid has data redundancy)

if one disk fail, what will happen?

naay data nga ma affected sa logical disk? kanang some portion lang sa logical disk?

if one disk fail, pwede nimo e-consider na bad sector. so, kung unsa na file and naa dd2 mao ra pud to ang dili nimo ma-access. question is, how will you know w/c file is going to w/c disk since it is in JBOD mode.
