Job Description:
- Plans and executes the transport of stocks for our VisMin branches.
- Coordinates the movement of stocks internally to ensure that pull-out is in accordance to the plan, and relevant legal and internal procedures.
- Monitors shipment schedule and delivery status.
- Collects documents, such as delivery receipts and sales invoices, to be submitted to the accounting staff every after delivery.
- Prepares delivery reports: twice a month.
- Coordinates with the purchasing manager in the head office.
Job Specification:
- Graduated with a BS degree in business studies (i.e. Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or Industrial Engineering)
- With a minimum of 1 year working experience.
- Has extensive understanding of logistics/supply chains/warehouse operations.
- Resourceful and people-oriented.
- Has strong problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure.
