We are looking for female Chat/email/text-based support reps who will handle our clients' product inquiries across various channels, like:
• email
• facebook page messages
• viber
• whatsapp
• sms/text
Chat replies are mostly from copy/paste templates for faster and easier replies. Sayun ra jud cya, mura ra cya ug data entry, pero dinaghan lang mga replies.
Chats/text-based support will also be in English, Tagalog/taglish, or bisdak.
Candidate should be flexible, trustworthy and reliable.
Open to work at UP Cebu, Lahug, Cebu City.
No cold calling. Non-voice - all text-based support
Part-time:
• Students in college are welcome to apply
• 4 to 5 hours a day
• Pay rate is 40 to 50 pesos per hour(mao pa jud ni amo ma.afford ron for our initial test of having chat support reps)
Other things she might do:
• During the spare moments, she will also do basic secretariat like handle inventory, spreadsheet data entry, and other related tasks.
• Packing of client orders
Here are basic requirements:
• at least 2 years College, or those still in college looking for part-time
• Fluent in English - written
• Computer savvy (can manage Gmail, spreadsheets, etc)
• Willing to work in shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP
• time conscious, and can work with less supervision
• basic math
• good multi-tasking skills(shifting browsers and applications)
Who we are
We are still a start-up. We, at padebuen.com, have a number of websites, and our current sites selling beauty retail products are growing fast. We are also slowly moving to a more flexible e-commerce website.
We can't handle anymore our chat support ourselves, and we need some people to handle this side of the business for us to be able to expand.
If you prove yourself to be reliable(and if business is good), then good chance of becoming a Team Lead/Support Manager with flexible schedule and good pay.
