Help: My screen flickers...

I just got this new AOC monitor...i dont know what to adjust because the screen flickers. i have not experienced this in my other AOC monitor before help please!

try to go to control panel>display options>settings>advanced>monitor properties>monitor/screen refresh rate. try lang daw adjust and lets see if it works.

check cable connection. power and display.
